Precision Sprinkler Services, Inc. was formed in October 2006 when
two sprinkler fitters, members of Local Union 692, Jim McGovern and Jack Moriarty
realized that there is a large hole in the Philadelphia market for a union fire
protection company that has extraordinary experience, can provide great service with
reasonable, consistent pricing.
Many companies can meet one of the needs, some can even meet two, but if
one company can meet all three, that company will truly capture the market!
This understanding of the market has proved to be very accurate
as evidenced by unprecedented growth in all four of Precision Sprinkler’s major
areas: installation, tenant fit out/relocations, service (including 24 hour emergency service),
and inspections and maintenance.
Our growth necessitated
a rapid expansion. In late 2007, Precision Sprinkler added Frank Connelly and Steve Boyle. In 2008 to present we have added Bryan McGovern, Sean Crossan, and Cathy Lawless.
Precision Sprinkler
realizes we are only as good as the people we employ.
As such, we have surrounded
ourselves with some of the best in the business.
It is our goal at Precision Sprinkler to be both the gold standard
fire protection company for building owners, managers and construction companies,
